1. Refund Policy Overview

At Bulgarian Landscapes, we strive to provide exceptional landscape design services and complete customer satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. This policy outlines our refund procedures for different types of services and situations.

2. Refund Conditions

2.1 Design Consultation Services

For initial consultations and design services:

  • Cancellation before consultation: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before scheduled consultation
  • Late cancellation: 50% refund if cancelled less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before scheduled consultation
  • No-show or cancellation within 24 hours: No refund
  • After consultation completion: Design consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been provided

2.2 Design Plans and Documents

For landscape design plans and documentation:

  • Cancellation before work begins: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
  • Cancellation during concept phase (before presentation): 70% refund
  • Cancellation after concept presentation but before detailed design: 50% refund
  • Cancellation after detailed design work has begun: 25% refund
  • After final design delivery: No refund

2.3 Installation and Construction Services

For landscape installation and construction projects:

  • Cancellation before work begins: Full refund of unused portion of deposit minus a 15% administrative fee
  • Cancellation after materials are ordered: Refund minus costs of materials and 15% administrative fee
  • Cancellation after work has begun: Refund for uncompleted work minus materials, labor already performed, and 15% of remaining contract value
  • Project dissatisfaction: Please refer to section 3 regarding quality guarantees and remediation

3. Refund Processing Timeframes

We understand the importance of timely refund processing. Our standard timeframes for processing refunds are as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: 5-10 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
  • Cash Payments: 3-5 business days for check issuance

Please note that while Bulgarian Landscapes processes refunds promptly, the actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution's policies and procedures.

  • Labor already performed
  • Permit fees paid to local authorities
  • Rush fees for expedited services

We recognize that exceptional circumstances may arise. Bulgarian Landscapes reserves the right to consider refund requests outside of our standard policy in cases of:

  • Extreme weather events or natural disasters affecting project timelines
  • Unexpected medical emergencies
  • Documented errors or shortcomings in our service delivery
  • Other extenuating circumstances evaluated on a case-by-case basis

5.3 Quality Guarantee

Bulgarian Landscapes stands behind the quality of our work. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of installation or plants, please notify us within 14 days of completion. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, offer one of the following remedies:

  • Repair or correction of identified issues
  • Replacement of defective plants or materials
  • Partial refund proportional to the affected area
  • Credit toward future services
